Timothy Joyce first served as the Warren County Prosecutor in the 1980s before opening his full-time private practice in the early 1990s.  Before his time in Warrenton, Tim attended law school at the University of Missouri - Kansas City and worked as a Federal public defender. 

Tim's daughter, Katie Joyce, joined the practice as an attorney after finishing law school at St. Louis University and passing the bar in 2015. Tim and Katie helped clients on a variety of legal issues in Warren and surrounding counties until Tim's retirement in December 2020. 

Katie continued to serve clients in Warren and Montgomery counties as a sole-practitioner until Sam Hotchkiss joined the team in 2023. Katie, Sam, and the support staff of Joyce Law Firm pride themselves on having the local expertise to best advise and guide you on your complicated legal matters.
